10X PBS-T (Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween-20), 500 mL

10X PBS-T (Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween-20) is a concentrated stock solution, 10 times the working strength, formulated with Tween-20, a non-ionic detergent, intended for 1:10 dilution to a 1X working concentration. The 500 mL solution is sterile-filtered at 0.22 µm, made with 18.2 Ω ultrapure water, and contains a final 1X composition of 137 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 12 mM phosphate buffer (pH ~7.4), and 0.05% Tween-20.
